This is a photo of Junta that I took a while back. He is Japanese and the son of a friend. He was born special, but he is one of the happiest children you will ever meet.
I took this photo while we were out in Yokohama at a stage festival.

Nice picture, I think that I met that kid before when I was doing a COMREL project. You are right that he is quite happy
Sup Joey. You probably did meet him. He was around base a lot, and went to a lot of activities. His mom keeps him pretty active.
